Growth Journey

• 2012: The company was established in Hefei, Anhui, initially operating as a trading company with UPS and data center temperature control products as its core business. We participated in numerous domestic UPS projects and shared factory production lines with brands such as Huawei and Schneider Electric. With over a decade of deep expertise in this field, we have accumulated extensive experience in integrated solutions.

• 2020: In response to evolving customer and market demands, and leveraging the investment promotion policies of the Anhui provincial government, we established a production base in Huainan City to independently research, develop, and manufacture lithium battery energy storage systems as well as integrated photovoltaic, storage, and charging solutions.

• 2021: We commenced mass production of smart charging pile equipment at our joint venture factory in Shijiazhuang, Hebei.

• Certifications and Honors: The company has been successively recognized as an Anhui Provincial High-Tech Enterprise and a National High-Tech Enterprise.

1. Full-Scenario Data Center Solutions
   Originating from the Emerson technical team, we focus on high-end UPS uninterruptible power supplies, energy storage systems, and efficient temperature control solutions to build secure, efficient, and green data center power supply and thermal management systems. Serving industries such as finance, cloud computing, and communications, we ensure 7×24-hour stable operation of critical equipment.

2. Innovation and Solutions in New Energy Power Systems
   Centered on customer and market needs, we independently research, develop, produce, and sell lithium battery energy storage systems and integrated photovoltaic, storage, and charging solutions. These cover industrial and commercial energy storage, residential energy storage, and off-grid power supply scenarios, supporting the low-carbon transformation of the energy structure.

3. Smart Charging Facilities and Ecosystem Development
   Leveraging the large-scale production capacity of our Shijiazhuang joint venture factory, we provide a full range of smart charging pile products, including AC slow charging and DC fast charging. We are dedicated to the construction and operation of urban public charging networks and community charging terminals. Integrated with our energy management platform, we aim to build a clean energy charging ecosystem with coordinated development of "vehicle-pile-network."

Global Presence, R&D, and Manufacturing
Supported by our self-owned production base in Huainan City and a CNAS-certified laboratory, we have established the Huainan Energy Storage Battery Production Base. Phase I of the project has an annual production capacity of 1 GWh, and upon completion of Phase II, the total annual capacity will reach 3 GWh. We continuously conduct systematic research on new materials and next-generation energy storage batteries to strengthen our technological foundation. Our products have passed international certifications such as UL and CE. Our business spans over 50 countries and regions across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Europe.
