Product Introduction

The SDA.ES unit is an air-cooled energy-saving computer room precision cooling designed and developed specifically for small data centers and base stations. In view of the actual application of data center refrigeration throughout the year, it has three refrigeration modes according to the changes in outdoor ambient temperature: compressor refrigeration mode, mixed refrigeration and natural cold source refrigeration. It makes full use of the natural cold source at low outdoor temperatures to greatly reduce the unit's annual power consumption.

The SDA.ES unit adopts advanced design concepts and has passed strict tests in the enthalpy difference test laboratory. It has the characteristics of high efficiency and energy saving, stable and long life, professional intelligence, and rapid deployment. As a precision control equipment for constant temperature and humidity environment, it meets various environmental regulation needs in the communications industry.

Compressor
The compressor uses mature products from well-known manufacturers, ensuring high efficiency and reliability.
It features a scroll design with flexible and low-pressure chamber construction, offering high reliability and low noise.
Refrigerant Pump
The refrigerant pump uses a centrifugal design with frequency conversion control.
The centrifugal pump has high head, low noise, and a long service life.
Frequency conversion control adjusts the pump's operating frequency based on demand, ensuring stable and reliable system operation.
Throttling Device
The throttling device uses a Carel electronic expansion valve.
The valve body is entirely made of stainless steel with copper components, and features a sealing structure created by robotic laser welding to ensure precision and repeatability.
Fans
High-efficiency fans, including EC fans and direct-drive fans, are available.
Direct-drive fans are compact, offer high air pressure, and operate with low noise.
Rear-inclined EC fans feature high efficiency, energy savings, low noise, and continuously adjustable airflow.
